Let us walk you through how ordering through our website works:
1. Visit www.nillens.com and browse through our products. (You will notice that there is an option to create an account. It is not necessary to have an account to order through our website, but creating one will save your information for future orders).
2. Add the items you'd like to purchase to your cart and when you've completed your shopping click review all the items in your cart then click checkout.
3. Fill in your email, billing and shipping addresses and "continue to the next step."
4. Your delivery charge will be calculated based on the weight of the items you ordered and added to the total.
5. Once you have completed your order, we will call you to confirm your order and we will send you the items via Aramex. You should receive them within 48 hours and pay in cash on delivery!
6. If you are not satisfied with your order you can return it to our store within 14 days for a refund or exchange.

International Orders

Contact us directly and we will sort out shipping anywhere in the world. We will email a quote for the shipping cost which is based on weight and destination.
