Ordering Online 

We know how difficult it is to get around Cairo at times, especially with all the traffic these days... But guess what, you don't need to come to our store to buy nillens because we've designed our website to make it super easy for you to order online! Follow these simple steps below to make your order through our website and get in touch with us if you have any questions about ordering online!

1. Visit www.nillens.com and browse through our products. (You will notice that there is an option to create an account. It is not necessary to have an account to order through our website, but creating one will save your information for future orders).
2. Add the items you'd like to purchase to your cart and when you've completed your shopping click review all the items in your cart proceed to checkout
3. Your delivery charge will be calculated based on your location, and payment can be made in Cash on Delivery or by debit or credit card (via Paymob Accept). All deliveries within Egypt are shipped via Aramex. 
5. You will receive a confirmation email once we've received your order. Delivery within Cairo takes 3-5 working days and outside Cairo takes 4-6 working days. Please expect delays in delivery times during national holidays.
6. If you are not satisfied with your order you can return it to our store within 14 days for a refund or exchange.

Thank you for shopping with us! If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days from the date of purchase. Incorrect or faulty items can be returned within 28 days from the date of purchase.

All you need to do is email us at info@nillens.com or call us at +20227370211 to initiate the return process. 

We will exchange or refund all items by the original method of payment as long as the items are returned unused and in their original condition with all original packaging. Please be advised that custom or personalized orders cannot be returned.  All in store purchases must be returned in store and cannot be returned via courier.
