If an in-store visit isn't possible, you can still place your custom bedding order via email at info@nillens.com or by calling one of our stores. Rest assured that our team is here to assist you every step of the way.

Custom orders typically take 2-3 weeks to craft, and to secure your order, a 50% down payment is required. We will also provide you with an estimated delivery date at the time of your order. For your convenience, we accept payments in cash or by card at our physical stores. Additionally, you can make secure payments through a provided payment link using our trusted payment provider, Paymob.
