Add the items you'd like to purchase to your cart and when you've completed your shopping review all the items in your cart then checkout.3. Fill in your email, billing and shipping addresses and "continue to the next step."4. Select your delivery location for your delivery charge to be calculated. If you're outside Egypt, please email us at email@example.com to place your order.5. Once you have completed your order, we will call you to confirm your order and we will send you the items. You should receive them within 48 hours and pay in cash on delivery.6. If you are not satisfied with your order you can return it to our store within 14 days for a refund or exchange.

We currently only accept cash on delivery for online orders. We accept visa and master card in all our stores.
We send out most in-stock items within one day of receiving the order. If you live in Cairo you should expect to receive your order the day after you place it. If you're in Egypt but outside Cairo, expect delivery within 3-4 days. If there will be a delay in the order, you will be alerted by phone or email as soon as we receive your order notification. Once your order is sent out, you will receive a confirmation email or phone call.
If you'd like to cancel an order that you made online, please email us at email@example.com an hour within placing your order and we'll do our best to cancel it before it is sent.
Our website includes most of our items. However, we do have limited edition collections that are not shown on our website as they are only available at our store. To receive news about our limited edition collections, sign up for our e-newsletter!

There are two ways your online order can be returned:
1. Free in-person returns: Simply stop by one of our branches during business hours to drop off or exchange your return and receive your refund immediately.
2. Return by courier: Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return by courier. Return rate will depend on location, and will be calculated once your return is requested.
