We accept online credit cards payments through our partner Paymob. We also accept cash on delivery for orders within Egypt.
If you'd like to cancel an order that you made online, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 minutes from placing your order and we will do our best to cancel it before it is sent.
If you are unable to process a cancellation in time, you can initiate a return once you receive your order.
No, orders will be processed and shipped placed. We will be unable to change delivery time or delay orders.
If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your credit card information and cannot process changes made after the order is placed.

Prices include sales tax in most cases. However, orders to the UAE and Saudi Arabia are subject to an additional 14% tax that is applied at checkout.
We currently deliver across Egypt and to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait and the UAE.

International shipping: Delivery cost to Gulf countires will be calculated at checkout and depends on country and the weight of your cart. Please contact us for delivery rates to any other countries.
We send out orders within within 1-2 business days of receiving them. If you live in Cairo you should expect to receive your order 2-5 days after you place it. Other deliveries within Egypt take 4-6 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with an Aramex tracking number as soon as your order is sent out.

You can track your shipment's progress using the 11 digit Aramex tracking number sent in your order confirmation email.
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days from the date of purchase. Incorrect or faulty items can be returned within 28 days from the date of purchase.
There are two ways your online order can be returned:
Free in-person returns: Simply stop by one of our branches during business hours to return or exchange your item and receive your refund to your original payment method immediately. Please note you will need your original invoice which you would have received in your package.
Return by courier: Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return via Aramex. Return fees will depend on your location (and will be the same as shipping fees). You will be refunded once we receive your item (minus the return shipping amount).
Please note: Cash on delivery orders can only be returned in store, or exchanged for an item of the same or higher price. We are unable to send cash back to you via courier.
In store returns: Your refund will be processed immediately and takes 1-3 business days to be reflected in your account.
Returns via courier: We will issue your refund once we receive your items, which takes anywhere between 2-6 business days depending on location. It takes 1-3 business days for your refund to be reflected in your account.

If a product you are looking for is sold out or not available in a desired color, it is very likely that we will create it again! Follow us on social media for updates on restocks of items and new styles that become available.
Products go on sale when we have supply. Once the item is back in stock the sale discount will not apply.
